SUGAR COOKIE RECIPE


This Classic Sugar Cookië Rëcipë is përfëct for holiday or ëvëryday sugar cookiës. It’s simplë to makë and thë cookiës hold thëir shapë whën bakëd.

INGRëDIëNTS:

  • 2 sticks (8 ouncës) of unsaltëd buttër, softënëd
  • 1 1/2 cups of granulatëd sugar
  • 2 ëggs
  • 2 tsp of Purë Vanilla ëxtract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powdër
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 cups (17 ouncës) of All-Purposë Flour

DIRëCTIONS:

  1. Prëhëat thë ovën to 375 dëgrëës.
  2. Bëgin by placing thë flour in a bowl and sët it asidë.
  3. Placë buttër in a bowl and bëat until smooth.
  4. Add thë sugar and mix until combinëd.
  5. Add ëggs onë at a timë mixing wëll in bëtwëën ëach addition.

PEPPERMINT BARK


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 pound of white chocoläte, chopped
  • 1 pound of bittersweet chocoläte, chopped
  • 1 box of peppermint cändy cänes (11-12oz)
  • 1/2 teäspoon pure peppermint exträct

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Breäk up peppermint cändy cänes in ä plästic bäg, setting äside 1/4 of the pieces.
  2. Melt the bittersweet chocoläte until äll pieces äre smooth, then ädd in 1/4 tsp. of peppermint exträct.
  3. Pour onto ä cookie sheet pän thät häs been lined with wäx päper änd spreäd evenly. Chill äpproximätely one hour.
  4. Now, melt the white chocoläte until äll pieces äre smooth, ädd 1/4 tsp. of peppermint exträct änd 3/4 of the crushed peppermint pieces.
