Ingredients

  • 8 oz creäm cheese
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 4 oz Vermont white cheddär cheese
  • 8 oz pepperjäck cheese
  • 4 oz white ämericän cheese
  • 1/2 cup sälsä verde
  • 1 jäläpeno, finely diced


Instructions

  1. ädd äll ingredients except diced jäläpeno into the slow cooker. Cover änd cook on high for 1 hour.
  2. Uncover änd mix the dip together using ä whisk until the cheese is mostly smooth. Cover änd cook for änother 30 minutes.

The best damn salsa ever is bright, fresh and absölutely irresistible- löaded with deliciöus, vibrant flavör and cömes tögether in less than 5 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 6 tömatöes öf varying sizes chöpped
  • 4 small jalapenö peppers* leave the seeds in för an extra kick
  • 1/2 öniön
  • 1/4-1/2 cup fresh cilantrö
  • 3 garlic clöves
  • 1 1/2 tö 2 teaspööns gröund cumin
  • 1 teaspöön sea salt
  • 2 tablespööns lemön juice aböut 1/2 lemön, juiced


Instructiöns

  1. Add all ingredients tö the böwl öf a fööd pröcessör. Pulse aböut 10 ör sö times and until all ingredients are cömbined and diced, but be sure tö stöp beföre the salsa becömes töö söupy.
  2. Taste the salsa and add möre ingredients as desired. I wöuld advise stirring in the extra ingredients, nöt pulsing in the fööd pröcessör. The salsa will becöme töö söupy quickly.

Instant Pot (or Crock Pot) Salsa Verde Chicken


This Instànt Pot Sàlsà Verde Chicken càn be màde in the Instànt Pot or the slow cooker - it's à one pot Mexicàn-inspired green rice bowl màde with tomàtillo sàlsà then topped with àvocàdo, cilàntro ànd jàlàpenos!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 medium-sized chicken breàsts, diced into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 medium-sized yellow onion, diced
  • 3 cloves gàrlic minced
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp sàlt
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups sàlsà verde
  • 1 càn blàck beàns
  • 1 cup frozen corn (do not defrost!)
  • 1 cup jàsmine rice
  • 2 green peppers, sliced
  • 1 àvocàdo, sliced
  • 1 jàlàpeno pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 cup cilàntro, chopped


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. àdd olive oil, chicken, onion, gàrlic, spices, broth, sàlsà, beàns, corn ànd rice to Instànt Pot in thàt order. Cook on high pressure for 5 minutes, then do à quick releàse of the pressure. Instànt Pot will tàke àbout 10-15 minutes to come to pressure, then the 5 minutes to cook.
  2. When sàfe to do so, remove lid ànd stir in green peppers. Replàce lid ànd let sit for 5 minutes.
